Publication Ethics
The International Linguistic Society Proceedings is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity.
Originality and Prior Publication
Submissions must present original research that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.
Plagiarism and Research Integrity
All submissions are subject to editorial screening. Manuscripts containing evidence of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or other forms of academic misconduct will be rejected.
Authorship
All listed authors must have made a significant scholarly contribution to the work. Individuals who contributed but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial competing interests that could influence the interpretation of their research.
Reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest and decline review where appropriate.
Ethical Research Standards
Where applicable, authors must confirm that research involving human participants or data has been conducted in accordance with institutional and ethical guidelines.
Corrections and Retractions
If significant errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, the journal reserves the right to issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions where necessary.
